Swiss 935 Solid Silver Pocket Converted Watch

This is a really lovely early 1900’s ‘935 solid silver’ pocket to trench watch.

Made around 1890’s, with beautiful ornate case, lugs (as usual ) added around the WW1 era it is pin or nail set and sets by pushing your nail into the pin above the winding crown & moving the winding crown please note the crown does not pull put line on a conventional watch. Its in stunning antique condition,and the clean movement is functioning perfectly keeping very good time. Good quality & a lovely looking watch, very rare to have one of this age in this condition    

The watch is 40m across or 50mm with its crown and 46mm across the lugs, please note strap is new old stock, around 40 -50 years old, it fits up to an 8 inch wrist approximately, so a good large size.

A real find for both the Boer, Military, Trench or Great war collector.
